I take the product once a day; I do gain energy, otherwise, I am not certain how much I am actually benefiting from it; however, I am going to the doctor on 6/20/23 and I will see if my cholesterol levels are better. On Cardio For Life for only 1.5 months. I have tried the grape and the pina colada, good flavors. Did a CBC test two weeks ago and something that never happened in the past occurred, the overall cholesterol numbers were down by 100 points! For me that is AMAZING!!!! In the past, cholesterol numbers were High but the lipoprotein were in the A group which means the Ldl is buoyant and not dense.
