Shipping
We ship solely to the United States of America and Territories of the United States. Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc. All orders are shipped free of charge typically via USPS Priority Mail. No minimum order is required. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped the same business day. If we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, you will be contacted by phone, e-mail or both. Please consider processing time when determining the estimated delivery of your order.
Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the shipping cost of the return if the customer received the incorrect item, the item is damaged, etc. Otherwise, the shipping cost for the return is the customer's responsibility. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
