Quality Product
What I have noticed from using Cardio for Life is that I can now sleep! My husband and I have been on it for 4 weeks now and I am sleeping better than I ever have. I used to be awake every night and maybe get 3-4 hours of sleep. Would read as couldn't go back to sleep once I got up to go to the bathroom. Now I can go to sleep fast and when I get up I can go right back to sleep. Will let you know on blood pressure later as I have high blood pressure... Need to check it again soon. Very happy with the product and is easy to take and tastes good!

Taking since august

I'm finishing up my third can, taking it as recommended, once a day, on an empty stomach. At age 74 I've had an erratic heart rate for a couple of years. After about 6 weeks of taking this product I noticed my heart rate was not erratic but was perfectly normal! I attribute it to taking this product, and hope I can continue taking it for a long time. I've also noticed I can exercise more than I used to be able to, and am pleased with that, too.
