This was recommended to me by my old doctor. He’s now retired and living in Panama, but he recommended this for me when I was running a lot and starting to do more weight training in my early 40s. My doctor was clearly in even better shape than I was, and he was 70! He and his wife were both competitive power lifters! So when he told me to try something, I listened to him. I’ve been using this since then and it does seem to help me build muscle and possibly endurance as well. Seems worth $1 a day.
